Revocation & Return - AIRbound Vital

I. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.


In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (AIRbound Vital, Senffstr. 23, 06120 Halle, Germany, phone: 49 345 135 329 75, email: info@airbound-vital.de) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.



II. Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.


We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns after revocation and in the event of a complaint

Please note the following general instructions for returns: Clarification: Compliance with the instructions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation in accordance with the "Cancellation" section.


Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be sent back to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in your possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.


Please note that we can only refund unopened products!

If your order included free products, we ask that you return them as well for a full refund of the purchase price. If you keep parts of the products, we can only give you a partial refund.


Return after cancellation: If you want to return an order free of charge by exercising your right of cancellation, you can easily request a free return label online. Please note that your return is only free of charge if you use the return label generated as follows. Otherwise, the return will be at your expense, as unfortunately we cannot reimburse any other postage costs.


This is how the free return works:


1st step:

Contact our customer service by email at info@airbound-vital.de

2nd step:

Please let us know your name and address so that we can generate the return label.

3rd step:

Please print the return label that was emailed to you and attach it to the outside of the packaging of the items to be returned. You can then send the package back to us free of charge at your nearest DHL station.


Once the package has arrived at the warehouse and has been inspected, we will process the refund.


Please note that the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


Returns in the event of a complaint:

If items are damaged (e.g. defective device or leaking brine canister) or have other defects, you can of course complain.
